• 2^nd Level -- Master #2 (King and pull-out queen sofa) w/kitchenette, Master #3 (Queen and double-over-double bunks), Balconies off both bedrooms.
• 3^rd Level – Master #3 (Queen and pull-out twin sofa), Balcony.

Just a 4 minute walk to the beach.  Private deck off each bedroom to enjoy your morning coffee, view of the ocean from 2 balconies.  Private pool in your resort-style backyard with plenty of space to hang out.  Cornhole game, covered area for the afternoon sun in this large backyard.  Plenty of parking, bring the boat.  Perfect location on the east end, Lower Grand Lagoon, close to several great places to eat or play!  Schooners is just 2 miles away.  Walk to Outlaw BBQ and Barracuda Beach Bar and Grill.  Kitchen is well stocked with all the latest gadgets - air fryer, sous vide, Keurig and drip coffee makers, fully stocked spice cabinet!  Breakfast bar seats 6.  Smart TV in every room with high speed Internet.

House Rules:

• A signed Rental Agreement is required within 24 hours of booking, or the booking may be cancelled at the owner’s discretion.
• No smoking on the property.
• No pets allowed.
• No events, parties, or large gatherings.  We do not cater to Spring Breakers.
• No jumping or diving into the pool.
• Quiet time observed from 10 pm to 7 am.
• Must be at least 25 years old to book.  We do not cater to Spring Breakers.
• Additional fees and taxes may apply.
• Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
• NOTE: The outdoor pool is not heated.
• NOTE: Your safety is important. This property has security cameras located on the outside only.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
